Exhibit Tech Intern (Summer 2026)

he Position

We seek an Exhibit Tech Intern who can help our hardware Workshop group assemble and support multitouch tables, touchless devices, and custom exhibit installations. This is a 60 to 90-day, paid internship, starting on or around June 1, 2026, and extending to around August 15. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can help us build the highest-quality integrated computer systems, such as our multitouch tables. 

Candidates must have experience with PC systems, experience with basic tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  We will help teach the right person not just how to assemble our touch tables, but also the basics of technical documentation and product support, so strong writing and communication skills are required. Experience with electronics, electrical systems, 3D printing, and/or shop tools is a plus. As a relatively small company (around 40 people) with a diverse set of products and projects, we need someone who is flexible and well-rounded.

We are a fast-paced company with high expectations; we seek someone as passionate about the work as we are. Our workshop team collaborates with the rest of the company along with external partners, so strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Paid Internship

This is a paid, $18 an-hour, three-month fixed-term summer internship onsite at our offices in Corrales, NM.
